Hi blake paterson; It sure doesn't look to me like it would be difficult for anyone to forget what was on an e-mail from 10 years ago. If Infineon executives claimed that they forgot all about Rambus I'm not surprised. In fact, I'd be surprised if they remembered, unless they were the one who wrote the email themselves. Probably the reason the Rambus community thinks all this is significant is because they believe that the world revolves around RMBS. Anyone who's worked at any decent sized company knows that executives get about 100 emails each day, and regularly delete them without reading, or ignore or forget them. And who remembers what was going on 10 years ago? It's all dead history to a company working on getting this year's products out. -- Carl
