No warning.

I sure do have my utility bill that shows me in block three on the previous billing cycle. This billing cycle I'm in unlucky block 13. They did NOT inform me my block had changed.

I was billed this cycle for 345.0Kwh @0.11589 and 383.0Kwh @0.13321 = 728Kwh With various taxes the total was $89.33.

We do not use PG&E for gas because we are in a rural area and have propane.

Hit twice in the two times there were rolling blackouts this year...I should be so lucky in the state lottery<g>.
