I think it might have some legs if it can get above 1750 on the NDX and 1130 on the SPX, but until then, you're absolutely right. We bounced at a pretty significant level on the charts, though, mid-1998 resistance, so it could be worth something. The odds of a retest at some point are pretty high, though.
