This is either a horrible trap or we're going to bounce for a few days; maybe a few weeks.
KNEW I should have bought INTC at 25 1/2 and GE at 36 1/2. Next time. :-)

Dood, you are so right. I have not looked at the SOX for a while.

For me, that chart looks ultra-weak. I would have to see it hold and not take out a new low. Short term resistance is right where it's at, and it MUST recover right now or I will be concerned. A new low on that index would be a bad thing. It is the key. The moment it takes out a new low, if it does, I would change my entire outlook on the next 3-6 months.

(I did go long on RMBS on Tuesday after I covered my short on Monday. So now I'm long CSCO, RMBS, and a little bit of INTC. Short JPM from Feb. 7, added to that on March 8, then covered half at 39 5/8, and shorted JNJ on 3/20.)

And that NVDA looks like a most excellent short.

Thanks for that post. I have not looked at the SOX chart for a while. I guess I got lazy or something.

Sounds to me like an attempt to stir up interest in the markets. I believe in fundamentals and don't see how they can project such bullishness which seems to fly in the face of no guidance or "murky visibility" and declining growth patterns worldwide. Am I missing something here?
