You are right that the market looks ahead but funny I have a MAJOR cycle turn projected for that time frame as well.

Since double bottoms come about 6 weeks apart, IF, and I repeat IF, this proves to be a mid term low, then I would expect a retest end of April to beginning of May, then if it follows the patterns of the ones that dropped before the indexes, it should forma multi month slight uptrend over the course of months. The late August early September would make a good time for a turn to a faster rise assuming the economy shows signs of accelerating. Otherwise, it could turn out to be a high for another leg down and the cycle could invert.

I still am not convinced this rally will stick. This could just be the pop before the drop to lower lows. We never saw capitulation in Semis, QCOM and the screwdriver turners were just starting to sell off and never fell to the levels of the other techs. ( I am talking about stocks like FLEX, SANM etc.) I want to see what the commercial shorts are like next Friday.

Good Luck,

Lee
