This happens so frequently that it is the norm rather than the exception.
This is how large blocks are distributed and accumulated without price concession.
Go look at a raw data feed, better yet, here
I'll show you some distribution from today in MNFX.
Notice that while all these blocks are sells (the tick is -1) that the price is rising:
