Hi Mike, RE: "Rambus story"

Rambus is a curse to the industry, to either friend or foe.

Even to the person that selected Rambus in the first place, I would believe. Rambus is an industry curse. Glad you are better.

Enjoy your ezine - I figure if there is something wrong occurring at Intel, I'll learn about it from the Register, which has value to me. As a shareholder, I'd just as soon learn about what's going on under the hood (even if some of the stories may be a tad exaggerated for humorous impact).

But I like the humor too - it proves that high-tech publications can be entertaining too. Too many other publications are too serious.

Regards,
Amy J

Mike:

Better than I was half an hour after I wrote a Rambus story

RMBS will do that to you. I came went in the hospital last April for a simple hernia operation. I awoke the next day still slightly anesthetized so I was too groggy to avoid major losses while the stock dropped 20% that day.
Just this weekend I thought mistakenly that my daughter had swallowed a coin and took her to the same hospital to see if she was going to pass it. Just as I was going to enter the ER, I got a chill down my spine. I don't know if it was remembering my old bad memories from the last visit or was I coming down with a virus. Well today I am the happiest man on the planet who has a sore throat and a fever.

Mike just remember everything happens for a purpose.
