For 200mm, AMAT still has no visibility. To Andrew Dobson, Sorry. I read your post after responding to Kirk. My response was a duplicate of yours, thought for thought. I vote against these option plans every time as well. Using the subterfuge of an option plan to transfer shareholder assets to a small subset of insiders should be part of the criminal code. Perhaps it already is in the fraud statutes. Any lawyers out there? Ian.
