That's for sure....

In a Bear Market, one has to give the benefit of the doubt to the Bear until proven otherwise. I do the same in Bull Markets.

Given that the last Bull Market lasted almost 18 years from August 1982 to March 2000, is it not reasonable to expect a Bear Market, which will last half the previous Bull, 9 years?
