Heinz...I'm repeating myself here...but, so far, this looks like 3 weeks ago...when Naz had these nice gaps up....and then did nothing/down intraday....smelled like distribution......A/D getting poorer during day.....

Where's the follow-thru buying? I thought that was a superduper rally? Why are the houses buying en masse with their cash horde.....

I'll look closely at close.....but, until disproven, i'm on the gap and fool theory here..

"...Under the Investment Company Act, the SEC is authorized to suspend the redemption obligation. In typical government "newspeak," the SEC may suspend payment in order "to protect mutual fund shareholders." It protected them by denying redemption in 1963 when President Kennedy was assassinated, in 1977 when New York City suffered a power blackout, in 1986 when the municipal market broke, in 1987 when the Hong Kong Stock Exchange closed, and in 1990 when lower Manhattan suffered a power failure. Surely there will be more suspensions. "

File under "Hmmm... That's Interesting" or "Fun With Numbers"

The SOX yesterday reached a milestone of sorts. I track the SOX relative strength vis a vis the COMPX. Yesterday we hit a new high using the simple measure of SOX/COMPX. Also, I think we very near the a cycle turn for this dataset -- looks like it's going to be a high.

this what you were referring to earlier -- seems like it should be sold ... I always thought bottoms were marked by disinterest
