Velo...3 weeks ago....we got this same action in Naz...big gaps up....and then the market drifted down....and did nothing all day....all the while....A/D got worse....big names slid....it looked totally like distribution.....and we had a week of those...and then, turn and ran hard down 400-500 pts. on Naz.... Still time left in today, but after the "hailed" bottom of yesterday, I would have expected much more follow-thru buying here.....where are the big-money funds? Given Soxx has gone up 20% in 3/4 days (as of this morning)...and QQQs are flat....looks like this is losing steam to me... Also, pretty ominous that there is no followthru buying given the celebration after yesterday.....looks like yesterday was massive short-covering...some juicing by PPT and houses, and opportunists/traders going along for ride....today where are the long-term investors and funds? Of course, there is still plenty of time for this thesis to be wrong <G>
