Yes. Nextel has a nationwide footprint here so no need for domestic roaming. Nextel implemented SIM based GSM roaming with dual-mode ESMR/GSM handsets for worldwide travellers about 18 months ago. First technology to do this. TDMA gus still waiting for dual-mode handsets. The first was announced by Siemens for Cingular at CeBIT yesterday.
