As for the rest. I have not seen any public announcement of intel's plans for 0.13u proliferation, so I think that information would fall under the category of "Company Confidential"

I'm pretty sure Intel has stated all along that F22 would come up at .13u and move to 300mm sometime later. No confidence breached.

I got the FAB numbers and the .13um time line right off the Intel web site. I just don't know what number goes with what location and which sites are upgrades vs. brand new fabs. Can you help??
