skeeter: i am tempted to say that there is so much momentum in this economic revolution, that what we are experiencing now can't be any more than a bump on the info highway. on the other hand, this nation has to get a grip on its energy situation before we can really get out of the woods. conservation can be nothing more than a bandaid, nor can drilling in the artic, for that matter. any ultimate solutions will probably not be very palatable, and will therefore require some rethinking on our part as a society. but until such answers emerge, i have to view any stock market rise more gingerly than i would otherwise..... (sorry for my digression from your post ;) ) rob ps: don't understand how the t-bill fits into your post and link.....
