What does MAOBO mean?

I don't know about Dow 7500, but Dow 8000 - 8500 is a real possibility.

Don't get caught in the bear traps on the way down. GE is DEFINITELY going lower!

I'm 100% out at 55, but looking to re-enter at a lower price.
