Long gone: Most thoughtful of you to assist me with this dilemma. Unfortunately, the list does not include any Canuck sites, but it does provide me with a nice dodge,..... er... ah, alternative suggestion for my chart-wrapped nephew. Many thanks. You know, I still don't know what happened to him. Ever since that boiler blew up and smacked him in the forehead, he hasn't been the same. He claims that his calculations respecting the required mash temperatures were correct, but that he left the whole stew on boil too long as a result of using linear rather than log charts when he did the math on it. Perhaps he lay unconscious in that foul brew for too long..... I simply don't know. Thankfully, the doctors revived him, or it would have been one heck of a scandal, what with the dead sheep and all. I do know that sending him off to sea on a fishing trawler has done wonders for his speech problems. Of course as one might expect, the profanity is always mastered first. (VBG) Best, Earlie
