Bob: You had a great day! Looks like the jitney short sellers are removed. Upward movement on low volume means no selling, short or otherwise. I hope Mike's WT hits paydirt, for the sake of all legitimate shareholders.

My concern on NIR is the blatant promotion on RB and the past track record of the promoters of this deal.

I posted the previous companies of the insiders on this site last pm but was edited by SI. The truth does not set you free, free speech is for those in control, unless it exposes them and I trust my sincere criticisms of NIR have helped take out the trash. SEE StockH.

NEWS ANNOUNCEMENT FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

U.S. Military Distribution Signed ________________________________________________________________________

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada……… May 1, 2001

Napier Environmental Technologies Inc. (TSE:NIR) is pleased to announce the signing of a distribution agreement with Aero-Chem, L.L.C (Aero-Chem). The agreement gives Aero-Chem the right to distribute Napier products to the U.S. Army, U.S. Marines, U.S. Air Force and the U.S. Navy Aircraft. Aero-Chem has identified applications for the Napier products for the restoration of aircraft, ground transport vehicles and military buildings.

As part of the agreement Aero-Chem will pursue the Military Specifications Approvals necessary for the military to buy the Napier products. This nonexclusive agreement includes minimum purchasing levels over the first three years of the agreement and gives Aero-Chem the right to distribute throughout the USA.

Aero-Chem is a company privately owned by Mr. Chris Hensley and is located in Detroit, Michigan. Mr. Hensley is retired from the US Military and has been selling chemical products to the military for 20 years. The Napier products fit in well with Aero-Chem’s existing product line; both companies are excited about the potential uses and applications of the SARA Technology for refurbishment projects by the US Military.

On Behalf of the Board of Directors

Bradley T. Aelicks

President
