Try telling that to Pacific island nations; the oceans are rising and eating up their land mass. In fact the island nations pushed for much tougher regulations.

Most scientists agree that there is a correlation between global warming and the increased number of pollutants in the air. As if our smoggy cities are not evidence enough of a problem, we have had a doubling of asthmatic cases in the past 15 years....mainly among children. Rubber components on cars need replacement twice as fast in smoggy cities as compared to ones with little smog. If that's what the bad air does to rubber, imagine what its doing to your lungs.

I am surprised that you can ignore the facts, the effected children and the plight of hundreds of island nations when we are one of the primary causes of the problem.

Is it always about the $$$?
