Overall P/C was only 0.52, equity P/C's about .42. Pretty speculative for a "bottom"....

actually, a 'normal', or neutral p/c ratio for the OEX is 1,2. 0,83 is really very low. the parameters for index options differ from those for individual equity options.

generally, OEX option traders are also smarter than ind. equ. option traders, as a long term chart of the 10-day ma's of the various types of p/c ratios proves out.
