LOL! P -- that was discussed long ago. When I mentioned the shares becoming free the stones flew in my direction--- grant,,,ROFLMAO!!! V My guess is the subject will not be brought up at the SH mtg at all. SHs must suffer the mkt but not the ceo--- his shares are free and no taxes either,, great! Not that he needs to care about share price,, on his salary he could care less. If this is outstanding performance then we all need a job rating system like that... but he must really be suffering with utility prices rising on only $1.6 MM a year,,, LOL! Proves he is smarter than Rosen and also proves there was no one else that would take the job,,, ya gotta give him lotsa credit for the balls to get such a contract with no history or experience,,,,,,, he is great! LOL! I have much more respect for him now.
