John: Gov. Davis was very assertive of the proactive steps he says he's been taking in terms of ordering new power plant construction and other energy creation measures. Sounds like a blowhard blowing his horn. Wasn't he way behind the curve and it wasn't until crisis stage that he acted? Seen the type. If they blow hard enough people will believe them and forget what happened earlier. Amazing how gullible 80+% of the population is. Companies that make measurement equipment that can more effectively keep track of both consumer and industry energy conservation efforts should benefit very nicely from this episode. ELON may fall into this category
