Chase H&Q upgrade: from Buy to Strong Buy

So I guess the title for the worst analyst advice goes to Chase H&Q. The stock closed at $69 that day and traded as high as $73 on that day.

thanks for the link. it really shows the true nature of ANALysts.

best strategy: (i) pick Intel /forget about yhoo, ebay, orcl, amzn, aol, sunw -- infact pretend in your mind they just don't exist and (ii) do the opposite than what ML, SSB, Lehmans say
