Tom I heard him talk about this switch on KSFO this weak. He has done experiments and confirmed that it can be done. He said that within 1 year the whole state could be wired. Aside from that have you ever heard him discuss global warming or other issues ? He graduated from Berkeley with a PHD in nuclear physics and worked at the Lawrence Livermore labs. An interesting person he hosts a show on Sunday evenings on KGO where he discusses science but also throws in a good dash of condemnation of the phoney left wing science. He grew up in the mountains and was unable to go to school in the winter but was taught by a mountain man.
