I don't question that a lot of failed .coms had irrational business plans. But I doubt ALL of them did. I suspect the some of the wheat got thrown out with the chaff.

And Web advertising may have been overpriced. Maybe Superbowl advertising is, too. These things cycle. They might be underpriced now.

JMHO.

<<As for e-commerce, Amazon is the mother of all e-commerce businesses and it is needless to say how they have been performing.>>

AMZN...."the mother of ALL e-commerce businesses".....

Sheeez, no offense, but can I have some of what your smoking......Even when AMZN was trading at $150 a share, it was obvious this was a flawed business model. It's like they sell dollar bills for .60 cents.....I mean even a fool can see how flawed their model was/is.......how on earth can you say amzn is the mother of all e-commerce businesses???? Uhh, I can think of wuite a few that do far more in revenue, and actually make money. AOL makes more on one finger then amzn could ever hope to make.....what about ebay.....80% gross margins, high profits......heck, making a statement that amzn is the mother of e-commerce businesses really makes me wonder what you've been smoking.......and yes, I would not be at all surprised to see amzn gone in two years or less....I dont think they will go under....more likely a wall mart or another king brick and mortar will step up and take their assets, but how in the world can you say amzn is the mother of all e-commerce businesses......sheez, what a joke......it's not even in the top 500...In fact, it is a perfect business model for a flawed and failed e-commerce business.......the opposite of what you say........

anyway, no need to argue or discuss this further.....I see your points. You dont think sunw will grow at the same growth rate it has in the past.....but will still be sucessful in the long run. Maybe your right, maybe your wrong......far as I can tell, nobody has a crystal ball that is 100% accurate.....all I know is I like sunw as a long term investement. period!
