Hi Keith! Good points. On the cats, I'll ask Mrs. RR. I don't know, but maybe she does.

Keith...Subject: keep cats off the car. How can I keep the neighbours cats off my car? They get on the top and hood and urinate, leaving paw marks and scratches. The car is parked under a carport. -- "Haze" Hazw@prodigy.net. (Ref:0116)

Answer: Unwanted cats can be kept out the garden by sprinkling pepper in the garden. Citrus fruit peel is supposed to work as well. -- "Anne Johns"

Answer: Another poster suggested using chilli powder, it should not damage the paint finish on your car -- www.qznaz.com.
Keith...might try a plastic type cover and spread chili powder on top...I would put something more interesting
on top but cat lovers would not approve (ggg)
best of luck

KG4,

Your story reminds me of when my wife and I had our first child. When we got married we had two chilfren to start with, opps I meant two dogs! When my wife found out she was expecting all our friends and family would ask us what we were going to do with our first two children, opps again I meant our dogs, if our newborn was allergic to them. Our answer was, "Well I guess we will have to put the baby too sleep!" >>VBG<

So the answer I have for you is to get rid of your car!

Hank

Sounds awful...but remember, ferrell cats(is that what they call them?) are like rodents...they aren't your average house cat. Get a greyhound...they lllllllllove cats, if you know what I mean.....
they also love squirrels , rabbits, coons, possums, and anything they can catch. They won't eat them, they will stop when their prey stops moving.
