Joe, Re: If the increment is 1 MHz, and it takes 200 ms to switch, or 5 times per second, it means that to go from lowest speed of 400 MHz to the highest of 1 GHz, it would take 600 incremental jumps, or 2 minutes. Sorry, my post was probably a little bit confusing. I meant that Power Now 2.0 can change the frequency in steps down to 1 MHz according to the data from the presentation. If there's need for rapid change (e.g. starting a DVD video after doing virtually nothing), it will change the frequency accordingly. If you look at the picture I posted, you can see these rapid changes in the CPU speed section of the window. Andreas
