I find astonishing this quote from a 'certified financial planner' in San Francisco -- 'ignorance is best," I assume is his message. Appalling, ain't it?

If Bush approves the sale of technology to Taiwan this week (I'm not sure exactly what it is) over China's steadfast objection, I believe QCOM is going down on the news.

Anyone have more on this? Thanks.
