When I buy something from LL Bean I realize that my address is required in order for them to ship the package. When I purchase and download Tax software I don't see the same need. Why would Intuit need my address and phone number? I have the same reaction at Radio Shack when the clerk starts asking me for my name and address. In that situation I can just say "look buddy, here is my money for this item, you want it or not?"
