or could be stabilizing here if slowdown in chip business is stabilizing temporarily before dropping off once more in the summer as Europe gets dragged down.

Any buying of the chips equipment before October may prove to be an exercise in catching falling knives, there are going to be rallies like lst week, but these will be met with heavy selling (look at AMAT Friday, ugly...), IMHO.
