afaik the statement only makes sense when the word "mobile" is left out. Intel only has 1 1GHz mobile CPU on the market.

Thus, the lowest can only be the 1GHz desktop processor and the highest the 1GHz mobile processor.

I would most certainly want the processor with the higher maximum tolerated Tj. If you disagree, I would very much like to know why.
