dear bridgette, i will always love you, -dad That reminds me of when both our kids were in Judo. Their Dad was president of the Judo Club and as such, it was his most pleasant duty to sign the Judo Certificates awarded to all those who were being graded and promoted to a higher rank. It's quite a formal proceeding. The recipient is called forward, bows to the sensei, receives his certificate and new belt, shakes hands, bows again and returns to his seat. One year he simply signed "Dad" on our son's certificate. You should have seen the look on his face - priceless. Although he went on to achieve higher ranking, that one certificate is most precious. It must be the time of year that would cause me to muse so. rosa
