Chinton: We live in a media driven and cosmetic society that is ever so influenced by what is presented to them and that has not changed. Look at the religous preachers on T.V. Many have been convicted of fraud etc but the public seem to come back for more. It is contagious like the need for Bottled water over $1 per litre. 92% of the planet are able to survive quite well on tap water yet the media has convinced us of its worth. And so the vast population has come to believe that the stock market is their Nirvana.
