I have been using my small bank which just came up on net to check for my irs check. No luck yet. ha I can remember having 15 or so accounts that demand we business to business transactions or they get another supplier. The transactions were order receipt, processing, shipping, billing ,credit. One or two accounts refused phone calls! Everything had to be done over a pc. to pc or mainframe. This way back in the mid eighties. Just before I left we brought up a program where all distributors could place orders, change orders in the system, check on order status for shipping, and check available inventory. These types of calls going directly into the computer reduced manpower immediately and upgraded customer service.
