The only part of that post describing of the gentle wise Infinite Lord Buddha , I would want to change would be the wording of "living a true reality beyond reality" toliving .....(quitetly mindfully/rejoicing )a true reality .....(awareness/attention of what is sacred) within reality .....( all that is ) Each of us has a universe within , each of us is a boundless ocean. And we are living a reality within an eternity. Yet it is the miracle that Buddha truely performed this unique and shines , in that he solves the inherent riddle of the sphinx .... That is the in the dynamics of how we / consciousness can compassionately understand grow to have an awareness of our own selves ...but it is in the living and not something written in stone , or comes after you die . Painting your masterpiece can take a liftime though, (or even a few , hehe) Being sentient ,curious thinking , remembering, mobile feeling creatures , there is a way open to us to actually perceive the play of events we are caught up in ,and yet it is such a vast incredible great experience called life .... reality. cheap-cds.com Just think of the incredible number of experiences we have when we are young , just between the ages of 1 thru 5 yrs old , and just beginning to form, learning speech and social conformity , and the huge uncounted forgotten sensations that comprise us . I will always remember my first taste of a concord grape , bursting upon my tongue ,or tying my shoes, or my first beachcombing experiences and finding seashells from the ocean...or coming upon my first dead squirrel and seeing death up close first hand, or the smell of the orange groves at night and carried away to some heavenly space . smile But many times along the way we have just a little attention deficient disorder going on . Life should be a thing filled with constant quiete wonder ... ;-) Mars PS : If you read down to the 9th paragraph of Buddha's *~* Sermon at Benares *~* ...Message 15558206 you can really get a sense of the instant recognition and complete elation of one of the old Monks when he realizes that Buddha has indeed ---->hit the Bulls eye of Truth of who we are. It's funny , 2500 years later I can feel that old Monk's wonder , joy , & elation. We also have to remember that many of those fellows back then , were truely highly developed human beings , and often commited to mmemory volumes of prayers and religous studies. The kinds of highly developed minds of these philosophers and scholars we would find say in a Socrates or an Aristotle or a Buddha....these men had powers of concentration that would probably dwarf any one of the greatest of us now days... ;-)
