No, I have never been good at picking against the point spread. The lasr year I bet with the bookies I lost about 4 grand, mostly at football but a little of everything else except hockey.

I picked Temple to win two games and Mich St to win the tourney. Temple has played better than I expected and Mich St not quite as well so far. I would still take Mich State to beat the spread but I gave up trying to beat the bookies edge.
