When you say 'some' .JPG files, do you mean that some open and some don't, or do you mean that she has some files that are .JPG and they won't open?

Assuming the associations aren't set, right-click the file and select Open With ... option. In the box, select iexplore.

If the difficulty is something else, we'll need more info to find the solution.

Cheers, PW.

Some of the best jokes I get are on jpg attachments. I can't read them and have to ask a friend for a translation. lol I am on AOL and have been told that is my problem. Could this be true? I have AOL (Almost On Line) 6.0 and use their IE browser. HELP!
