BTW AJ- I think that was naturally occurring Fluoride. Were you implying the Indian government added fluoride? It seemed you were, but there is no evidence of that in the article you posted. In the article it sounded like the Fluoride was naturally occurring. So the fault of the Indian government is a failure to diagnose and protect it's citizens so "What about when a city government adds chemicals to the water" seems like an extraneous question to me.

Find me one law firm that will take on a stock fraud manipulation case on a contingency fee retainer and I will work out a bonus for you. (providing of course I am not violating SI terms of use in that one time offer) You can't do it, I guarantee you can't do it. No law firm in their right mind (outside of Hollywood) would do it.

The fluorine piece was simply to show it is lethal and that I don't trust the government to administer chemicals to me.
I don't think you can sue mother nature, perhaps you could sue the government if they were aware of it and you could prove gross negligence.
