I have no visibility into the breakdown of that revenue. Given that the base is not expanding, I would suspect that it is a combination of churning the hardware and software base (for example replacing the older 8400 machines with newer GS machines) and expansion of existing installations. I know of at least one site that doubled its hardware base in 2000. This phenomenon is probably a lot like the S390 sales a few years ago - people deciding to go ahead and expand the existing legacy base rather than face a migration.
