cdnx.ca ... 13.3m outstanding ... do you know the terms on the 2m in escrow? ... ah, here's a clue - cdnx.ca [but a confusing one] - "CDNX has accepted for filing an agreement dated September 21, 1999 between Pheromone Science Corp. and the Company. The Company has agreed to issue 7,933,333 common shares to acquire all the shares of Pheromone Sciences Corp. 5,509,569 of the 7,933,333 common shares shall be issued into escrow and released over 6 years. For further information please refer to the Company's Information Circular dated December 30, 1999. Name Change Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders January 31, 2000, the Company has changed its name from Mecca Medi-Tech Inc. to Pheromone Sciences Corp. There is no consolidation of capital. Effective at the opening March 2, 2000, the common shares of Pheromone Sciences Corp. will commence trading on CDNX, and the common shares of Mecca Medi-Tech Inc. will be delisted.
