rsi, It seems to me that the change in the voltage would be the slowest factor since there would be capacitors etc that would take some fraction of a second to discharge/upcharge so they need that time period for the voltages to settle. It seems to me that the logic will be able to do all it's work in well under a millisecond, halt everything, wait for voltage to change and then start everything?
Some might not need a voltage change and those ones might be a lot faster??
