Never revealing what their true feelings were until it was more convenient. Hypocracy! Whenever I think of India the name Amy Carmichael comes to mind. She was a missionary whose heart went out to the Indian children. A custom of the time but later prohibited by law-permitted five and six year old children to be "married to the gods" and thus launched into a life of prostitution. Amy was threatened by the priests for her "acts of intolerance" against the many gods of India when she tried saving the children and having the laws changed. She and her fellow workers were accused of stealing the children out of the temples and hiding them in their mission. Clothing them, loving them and giving them the proper attention they deserved was a crime according to the "old order of India". It's a good thing that the Western world got involved and forced the government in doing away with some of it's horrendous practices or they would still be practiced today. I recommend you read Amy Carmichael's, Let the Little Children Come. It might open your eyes to the reality of serving devils versus the true God which created heaven and earth. Chris

He set the world on fire after his death by sending The Holy Ghost in his stead. The power of the Holy Ghost turned his disciples from fishers of fish into bold fishers of men. Illiterate in a literate world they changed the course of history. So many argue that Christianity is a just western religion. The truth is Jerusalem is in the Middle East, NOT EUROPE AND NOT AMERICA! Nevertheless, history has proven that those nations which embraced the gospel of Jesus Christ have prospered abundantly more than those which have rejected him. Chris
