Depends on your timeframe. Psychology is changing out there, so shorts need to be careful. You really think GLW will be below $25 in a year? Or ARBA below $10? or MSFT below $50? Not many out there do either, so confidence in going long is building. While it wouldn't surprise me if stocks went a little lower in the very short term, I would be very careful of the changing psychology out there. If the Market starts looking forward and ignoring bad news, and the Big Boys decide to stop pressuring the Market short, watch out. No one wants to be late to the party. Everyone knows the pressure cooker is building and if we get people buying, the shorts will cover too.
