Jacob, The existing drop 1 % in the Fed rates will begin to work its way into the market 5-6 months from the last of January or around July/Aug. IMO, With the Market looking ahead 6 months ahead then the PE's of AMAT and possibly CSCO will go up in anticipation. The most unchartable aspects that I have to try to anticipate is what, "Goodwill," value will the market place on stock price. Any suggestions? I am really suprised that AMAT has not fallen back to the low 30's or high 20's based on the BTB #'s. But the institutionals are holding up thre AMAT stock. In the past CSCO and AMAT charts appeared to run rather parsllel. Whether that will continue no one knows. Once thing I do know, I really would be afraid to short CSCO at these levels.
