Max, Chambers is trying to clamber for further rate cuts, possibly even past the inevitable 50BP in May.

His business is dependant on capital spending, and capital spending is interest rate sensitive.

His song is getting a little worn out since we first heard it a couple of months ago.

How come all of these interviews have come with Brittish publications? What is the reason for that?

He's also trying to put the Cisco's blame entirely on the economy instead of poor logistical planning on the part of their inventory control people. They were so focussed on sales that they forgot about the basics of inventory and flow. When their sales went flat, they were stuck with a ton of inventory, not to mention some financing that will come back to bite them later on also.
