Any of you who are interested look at this. Cohen ups her stock allocation. Why then has Goldman been sitting on the ask in CSCO for 3 straight weeks. Goldman is single handedly holding the Nasdaq hostage. They know that if CSCO does not go up, then the Nasdaq might rally, but it will not sustain going up. I think what they are doing is a crime. For those of you who love conspiracy theories this is a great one. Watch level two quotes tomorrow on CSCO. Goldman will be selling all day. Just like the last 3 weeks. Why? Friggin BS IMO
