Shaw,

GAM-t...NR:

Mr. Terence Donahoe reports
The preparation of underground drill stations on the Belen structure at
Ocampo will be completed within the next two weeks and drilling will
commence shortly thereafter. The Belen structure is the extension of the
San Jose/San Juan structure and is geologically similar to the Aventurero
zone which produced a number of high-grade intercepts in the drill program
completed by the company in December, 2000 (see news in Stockwatch Jan. 15
and Feb. 5, 2001).
Gammon Lake currently has a prefeasibility study of its Ocampo project
under way under the direction of Watts, Griffis and McOuat. The company's
geologists and engineers are completing the design of the drill program for
the next phase of development of the project and plans to have drills
turning at Ocampo in the next few weeks.
Burton Langille has resigned as a director of the company. Mr. Langille,
president of a successful Halifax-based insurance company takes his leave
of the board to concentrate his full-time efforts on his business.
Chairman of the board, Terence Donahoe, said, "We want to sincerely thank
Mr. Langille for his work on behalf of Gammon Lake over the last few years
and wish him well as he commits his full-time efforts to the growth of his
insurance business."
