I have never recommended anyone buy IBM. I have stated over and over my thoughts were it wasn't going to go down (yet) and that there were better shorts out there, which has been correct. A few weeks ago I said I wasn't going to comment on it anymore (you can take a guess where I think it's going).

Don't bring up IBM with me as if I'm advocating people buy it, because I never have.

In my opinion Qcom is a much safer investement.

There is a 3rd choice, buy neither of them.
