Morning ODB,

Not only are your rates going up but the coverage is going down. As a doctor I am seeing it from both sides. We have people now who qualify for treatment under Medicare guidelines whose insurance refuses treatment until the vision deteriorates to a higher degree(ie. cataracts). And my own personal insurance premiums have gone higher while they now deny coverage they used to include. My plan used to cover routine physicals every three years for those over 40. Now even with specific complaints they deny it. It makes no sense that preventative care, which could actually save the company money over the long haul, is now denied. Talk about not seeing the big picture. I guess we should be thankful that Clinton's socialized medicine never made it into existence or this would seem minor compared to what could be happening.

Later,
ED
