A BIG NO TO #5 Mani: I already said this to you in PM, but a big NO to #5 on withdrawing voting.. its not like we're voting every other day on banning people.. and its essential to get a consensus on baning people if its necessary.. rather then a 1 person judgement. IMHO, people who dont wanna vote are being lazy.

"I need a yes or no on these 5 issues, no explanation is necessary" It is not fair. The items from #2 to #5 are responses provoked by Paul Engel. These people have to be excused with no questions. You need to eliminate the source of the problem. I think it is your fault that Paul got that far in his provocations.

Mani, I am not a believer in bans because I believe folks should instead express themselves similar to what I did, when someone does something wrong. Nonetheless, this is the Mod Thread, and this is where we differ, which is probably why (with an extreme exception) I do not post here. However, before I go, I will say I think the Mod Thread would be better served with a change in the rules: First suspension is for 1 week, second one is for 2 weeks, third one is for 3 weeks, fourth one is 4 weeks, fifth is for a quarter, and the next one is permanent. I don't think anyone gains when a member is lost. Regards, Amy J
