Hey Shaw,

It looks like they're playing it safe and will take it to the 15K+ range. They're trying to generate enough foreign interest to keep it North of 14K. They've got a lot of reserves to fight off Soros-style speculators. Calling the downside is going to be trickier - some kind of collapse that can't be papered over might be necessary.

Either that or the taxpayers revolt, but from what I understand of Japanese culture that is unlikely.
